I had en excellent experience with sales, customer service, and delivery. My purchase was smooth and easy. When I called customer service later in the process to find out eta for delivery, she couldn't access the info right away. She said she would call me back, and she actually did! Lol, that doesn't always happen. My delivery went smoothly. The two delivery guys were very helpful showing me how the items worked. Would definitely buy from again!

Warners Stellian will sell a warranty for $179, but then claim that a rack become dangerous and rusty is “cosmetic”. This is on the inside and not the outside. Then say that since the model is no longer made, they can’t help. They could help with a refund. They don’t care. Dishwasher is 3 years old. Talked with GE who said they think Warners Stellian is a shady company. We agreed. Any response from there without correcting the issue is useless and only to serve them, not their customer.

Seriously, you guys make it look so easy! Thank you for the great delivery, everything WORKS! (I know that seems like a low bar but seriously... I am just so pleased.) The salesperson was fantastic, patient, and kind. The delivery team was so great, very good at explaining what I needed to do, even gave me time to clean underneath the old units before they brought in the new one (and didn't even look grossed out by the 30 years of dust and grime underneath the old unit, which was very kind of them!) I do-- and have already--- recommend Warners Stellian to several people already. Thank you!
