Karvonen's Furn & Appliances

Went in to shop mattresses. I personally haven't purchased from Karvonen's before and I thought it would be limited stock. I was surprised by how well they've used their space and stock levels are great! My sales consultant was Jorrie Jewell. She is professional, knowledgeable, very polite and personable! I will also say that every employee was smiling, which was nice. We need more of these people helping us these days. Excellent sales and service today Karvonen's!

Corey came to fix our dryer and was completely amazing. As an appliance repairman, he was very thorough and tidy. He took time to answer all of my questions and also reassured me that if I was still having issues that they would warranty their work and return to my property if necessary. He needs a huge raise. He was just simply the best.!

The sales people were absolutely amazing and very accommodating. They're very attentive and listen to what you are looking for and what you need and sometimes will give you a suggestion if you bring in pictures and show them where you want to place the furniture or if it will be color coordinated. They are very talented and experienced people.

Excellent customer service! I called inquiring about what washing machines they had. I was beyond frustrated with my old one. I realized it was five minutes before closing time. Apologized, but she stuck with me! The next day my daughter and I went in, picked out our amazing Speed Queen TC5, and picked it up from the warehouse. The people there were amazing as they loaded it up into my Toyota! Beyond happy and gonna go back to replace my worthless dishwasher soon! And maybe buy some furniture. Because their selection is huge.

We had a fantastic experience with Cory who came to repair our non-functional refrigerator. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous and clearly adressed many issue he was investigating. He was thorough in his diagnosis and took the time to answer all of our questions.He didn't just jump to the most obvious solution but carefully examined everything. Cory went above and beyond any repair man.Cory was efficient in his repair work, and we were so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. We are incredibly grateful for his excellent service. We wouldn't hesitate to call Cory again and highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.
