Wanted to support a smaller store and now I am regretting my decision. Communication has been extremely poor and employees desperately try to shove you off onto someone else so they don’t have to deal with you. STRONGLY recommend going elsewhere. Edit: It's gotten bad enough that I feel I need to call out Chris Commins, specifically, for taking weeks at a time to get back to us on anything. Excuses continue to pile up. Trying to initiate a return at this point and a chargeback on the credit card otherwise. AVOID.
