This place is a scam. Look at the people who have left 5 star reviews for this business in the last few weeks, they all have left reviews for the same salons in Australia, and they’re either fake or paid for in order to counteract the bad reviews this place has. Bought a fridge in December, was told it would be delivered 4 days later. Delivery date came and went with no update from the business, three days later they finally responded saying deliveries were canceled because of weather. Another week went by and no delivery. It wasnt until a week later they finally responded saying they retested the fridge and it was “no good”. Tried multiple times to setup a time to pick out a new fridge, no response. Have been trying to get a refund ever since and they stopped responding. I filed a police report, no response from the business STILL, now I will be taking them to small claims court. Do not give this place your business!!!! Also they run it out of a storage unit, so there’s a gate that prevents you from going inside to confront them.

We bought a refrigerator, oven, and microwave last year. Upon moving and hooking up the oven, it did not work. We contacted them and brought it back around November/December so it could be fixed and have barely heard anything back. It is now the end of February and we still don’t have our stove back; even more, the numerous phone calls and messages we have made have not been returned and we have been blocked from being able to message the seller. HIGHLY do NOT recommend. to be clear, the point is not the warranty because we would have paid to fix it, the issue is lack of communication from the business AND blocking us when trying to contact them.

Update below original review!!!! We bought a side by side from this place and when it got here it was frozen all through the tubes for the ice maker and water dispenser. The tube at the bottom of the freezer was broken (because it was frozen rock solid) delivery guy said he would go get the part and bring it eight back. That was on December 27 and we were told two days they were coming but for numerous reasons they did not deliver. Today is Jan 8th and we have been told twice since then that someone would be here and no one has shown up. The parts needed to make this refrigerator work correctly are nearly $200. We finally said screw it, ordered the parts and will fix it ourselves. Such a disappointing transaction. I have read some of this company's responses to reviews and the only ones they seem to respond to are the negative ones and those responses sound like nothing but a bunch of excuses. BBW! UPDATE !!!!!!!! Owner states he scheduled which he did but there were never any calls from anyone again. Have not seen the delivery guy either so we had to buy our own part. Since I left this review we can not get this company to call us or respond to us. Also since the refrigerator was allowed to freeze we have had to replace a quick connect the ice maker and the inlet valve. So a $300 refrigerator has ended up $450 so far. We have messaged numerous times but no responses so please don't say you tried because we like everyone else have caller ID. Another perfect example of people out for the money and not caring about the other people. Buyers beware!!!!!!

Do not buy, not worth the headache. Horrible service took three different days to deliver never let me know they weren’t coming until hours of waiting for them. Didn’t hook up water to fridge like they said the would. Took several attempts to get him there to do it. Repeatedly said he was coming and didn’t show up. The fridge leaked water all over my house he didn’t clean it up and had to borrow my tools. Said he tested everything before my purchase which wasn’t true other wise he’d know the filter was cracked and leaked. Once water was hooked up and filter replaced now ice maker doesn’t dispense. He has said he’d fix it several times but never shows up when he say. He has had me waiting for him several times and never shows. Extremely unprofessional and un organized.
