Great Northern Equipment Distributing

I have bought more than 30k of equipment for my rental company from them. I have asked them for financing and their financing department is terrible. Lacey the lady at the accounting department won’t let me purchase more equipment until I pay off all the balance. Other companies give me financing up to 70 to 80k for 5 years and lower monthly payments but she doesn’t want to do that because she’s an accountant. If you let your accounting department makes sales decisions, you will lose customers. Plus their customer service is not that great either. I am currently taking my business elsewhere and so should you.

A very greedy company. Ordered a $200 part for a job. We ended up not needing it and never opened it. I sent the item back unopened and paid for shipping, about $35. The company charged me roughly $40, %20 to put the item back on the shelf. It had also been 15 days since my item was returned and still no refund. I would look for a better partner.
