The delivery drivers were prompt, courteous, and careful. The only evidence of their presence in our home was the beautiful new washer and dryer they left behind. The plumber who arrived later to install the gas dryer went above and beyond to save the day when we needed help with another appliance. I could not be happier with my Warners' Stellian experience.

I had the dryer for roughly 2 weeks before the dryer stopped heating. A tech came and said not only was the venting too long but that the igniter was broken, likely during delivery. A week for someone to say they couldn't fix it. Another week for someone to fix the venting. A couple more days to schedule the second repair. It's ridiculous to me that a new dryer was not delivered. I understand it's under warranty but at what customer service cost. I've spent money and time at a laundromat . I've waited for repair people. I maintain it would be easier for a customer to get a new dryer and have the damaged dryer reconditioned and sold in your warehouse Sale. I won't buy another appliance from Warner Stellian, the customer focus just isn't there.
