Busby's TV & Appliance

Our washer went out so I had to find an appliance repair shop! Busbys was the first one that could come out that day. The circuit board isn’t made any more so I had to order one from a used appliance store! When it got here it fixed part of the problem but the machine still didn’t work right ! So I worked with Ms Sarah and she had me a new set here in less than a week, their price was the best I found locally delivered and set up , so we were willing to wait, when it came in Randy and Mike showed up and removed the old ones and installed the new ones. Awesome experience !

I would highly recommend!!! After dealing with Central Appliance / Anderson Mechanical and they refused to back the 1 year store warranty after they tried to fix it once and it got worse. I called GE they recommended Busby’s and I couldn’t be more happy!!! They came the next day to look at the machines. They worked close with GE and now I have both my washer and dryer fixed and up and running!!! They kept in contact every step of the way and were phenomenal!!! Thank yall so much!!! You are life savers!!!

Busby was in charge of fixing the AC unit prior to our purchasing our new home. Not only did he not fix it properly he told us it was just the “heat” and nothing was wrong with the units and that they had at least 5 more years on them. Both ACs have went out in less than 3 months, coils were used that were made for other ACs and held up with blocks under it. We’ve paid a LOT of money to have someone else fix it because Busby just kept saying nothing was wrong with it when this repair should have been covered by the prior home owners. In less than 3 months we’ve had a leak related to AC issues and both units going out. Would NEVER recommend. 10k down the drain and counting due to him not being willing to put in the work and really dig into the issues.
