Triple R Appliance

Called almost three weeks ago about fixing our washing machine. That afternoon, I'm amusing the technician called. I explained what it was doing. He said he would have to get the parts the next day. The next day, I got ahold of him, and he said the parts had to be ordered and that they were swamped. So he wasn't sure if it would be the next day or so before he got to us. I completely understand having a big workload. But here it is almost three weeks later and we haven't heard a peep out of them. I guess we were forgotten about or our business isn't good enough.

Drove 25 minutes to check out an electric lawnmower that was posted by this business on FB Marketplace. After being told over the phone that the item was new in box, my wife and I found that it was a salvage item in an open box. Was told that it had not been tested yet and if we purchased it then that it would be sold as is. Obviously a communication problem between us. Store appearance ok with a barn like atmosphere. Staff friendly enough. Just a bad vibe there so we left without purchasing anything and went straight to Lowe's, our go to place, and purchased the Kobalt self-propelled mower new. On the bright side they did seem to have a fair amount and variety of appliances inside and also a very good inventory of storage sheds outside.
