I called prior to going to store. Delores was very helpful and gave me pricing for a clothes dryer. I went in within an hour and purchased. She met me at the door and took to directly to product. I then purchased and was in and out in under 10 minutes. They loaded my dryer quickly. And all were super nice. I got what I think was a great price after checking the big box stores.

I was unhappy with the refrigerator that I had. It was in the house when we bought it. And so I sold it and started looking for a new one and I went to Lowe’s and Home Depot in Hattiesburg. I was so dissatisfied with both places because I couldn’t get any help. I couldn’t get anyone to answer my questions and when I figured out what I wanted and tried to purchase it they told me I needed to wait until the salesman was on duty, which would be a couple of hours later. So aggravated and discouraged I went home. I called Electric city and spoke with JJ and he invited me to come look at what they have. I did and he was such a nice person and I found what I wanted. No high pressure just assistance. I was very very satisfied.
