We walked in the store, I told the gentleman what I was looking for, and within 20 mins, we had purchased a chest freezer, paid out, and was loaded and ready to leave with it...we like promptness!! Gary Starr was super helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed as far as a freezer...warranty, etc...thankful for the helpfulness. Will go again to Cowboy Maloney👍❤️

Great shopping experience. Josh is knowledgeable about his products. We went to buy a new range and Josh had what I wanted. We also got a great deal on a new refrigerator. James delivered and set up both. Very nice gentleman and knew what he was doing. Delivery was next day as promised. We highly recommend Cowboy Maloney’s.

My refrigerator went out on Easter Sunday. So therefore I was scrambling for a new one once the repair man said it was dead late Monday evening. So I went to your competitor Lowes first. Well they were extremely rude and showed no interest in helping me. I left and went to cowboy Malone’s. They were so nice and so helpful, Rodney especially he helped me answered all of my questions. It took no time for him to do paperwork and get me signed up for 2 year interest free payments. I highly recommended Cowboy Maloney in Laurel.

Great customer service from people who truly care. Got it delivered and the old stuff hauled off, no problem. The delivery guys even helped level off my refrigerator that I bought from Laurel a few years ago when they saw that it wasn’t level.
