I purchased a washing machine and it was delivered within the hour of purchase. The gentleman set up the new washer and took our old one away! Customer service like this is hard to come by, we are so appreciative!

Cole and his dad were awesome folks not only did they give me advice on my purchase but( Dad )sorry I can't remember Cole's dad's name )LOL he came on a Sunday and delivered my washer and dryer thank you all so much I appreciate you all more than you know have a blessed night

Paid cash for a new Crosley side x side, after they in stalled it with promises they back what they sale, reported the ice dispenser was not working right, they attempted one time to come by to check it. Instead of calling and making an appointment,Todd just dropped by. Well we were gone to drs appointment. Called Todd, he said he had to go somewhere close by and would come the next day. Well guess what, we waited all day long, no Todd. Neither has he made any follow up calls trying to resolve this problem. I would not recommend any one to buy from this business, they do not back what they sale

I really like doing business with Charles an his family. I just got $3,100.00 worth of appliances for a house I remodeled. Beautiful stuff, they deliver and most importantly they service what they sell. Everyone should check them before buying at a big box store.
