I been with out stove almost 2 years. My sister i haven't see. N 2 years since mom passed away. came visit me. So happy she came from n.c. Went lowes home depot best buy all to look for stove. Nobody had 1 n stock. We like what's cowboy y malone. He thought grocery store. I thought where buy cowboy boots hats n more. NOOO ITS A APPLIANCE STORE. THEY WAS REALLY NICE LADIES. Husband walked in with picture asked do u have this stove. Stock. She looked n said yes we do. He said great I buy it now. She grabbed the guy. Loaded it n we was on our way... Great people n nice clean store.

Called first to ensure this location was open on New Year's Eve, they were. I did stop by and once I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by the lady employees. Ms. Dashanda Coleman - Assistant Manager took the lead. Really kind and knowledgeable. Understood what I was looking for and took me straight to the area. Found a really nice recliner - brought and will be delivered. Can't beat that. Delivery charge was under $40. May vary. Answered all my questions. Made me feel comfortable. Offered information on their finance options. If you need furniture, washer and dryers, TV, refrigerator or mattress, stop by and talk with Dashanda or one of the really nice ladies who work there. Very reasonable priced.

Customer service was awesome! No one pressured me into something I didn't want. I was able to shop at my own pace. The ladies were were very knowledgeable about the items. Delivery was very professional! These two gentlemen polite and courteous. They took care of the items, as if it was their own. I will definitely continue shopping with Cowboy Maloney in the near future.
