I needed a washer and I saw the ad that said they had a sale, so upon arriving their salesman Mr Banks directed me since there was work going on outside on the parking lot, that to me was beyond job description once inside Mr Gray was friendly and professional, he took care of my needs. I love this store in Vicksburg MS. They are so helpful and professional. They worked hard helping me and understood my situation. My husband is dying of AML and I take care of him 24/7 at home. They looked up replacement water filters for my Refrigerator and found the matching dryer to my washing machine as the one I had finally died. They even took payment over the phone and was over $200.00 cheaper than Home Depot. They honored my husband's Military Discount.ehete as Home Depot didn't for appliances. I definitely will be using them again.

Friendly and fast service! Our appliances were delivered the very next day with no issues at all! This is our second washer/dryer set from them with the first set lasting about 10 years, so they definitely have great quality products.
