What a great business!!!! They had my refurbished dryer delivered to me by the next day, and had the old one pulled and the new one installed within 20 minutes. They were very communicative, and answered all of my questions in a friendly, timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone who is experiencing appliance troubles. This is the second time we have utilized their services, and they have been honest and trustworthy both times. Perfect!

Had a scheduled appointment to which they were running behind, understanding of that, i rescheduled... but what is frustrating and unacceptable is the contining to not show up and not call me about said delays. Promising ill be the very next appointment and then not calling or showing up. Do not recommend. I wanted to stay locally but ended up using a differnt company, i suggest you do the same.

I cannot in good conscious recommend this place to anybody. Scheduled an appointment for 2:30 in the afternoon. Even call at 2 PM to confirm 230. While I understand that the service business can have hiccups and delays and appointment time may not be right on time or may need to be pushed back however what is very rude is the fact that I received no call from this company. 230 came and went And received no call from this company stating they would not be there or they would be late. Call and was told by the person on the phone that he will try and get a hold of the technician. Well he flat out lied to me and said after I got off the phone with him at 2o’clock he was calling his technician. Flat out dishonest business Would not recommend to anybody very unprofessional
