Dave Seithel is simply the best!!! We are remodeling our home and replacing many of our appliances. We went to a couple of major appliance dealers and sat with them and went over everything we needed. Spent over an hour at each place. They were supposed to get us estimates. We never heard back from either of them. Someone suggested Autco to us, so we drove over to their St. Louis Showroom on Page, unannounced one day, and was introduced to Dave Seithel. Wowza!!! Talk about a great salesperson!!! Dave spent a lot of time with us and showed us many options. He explained anything that needed explaining to us which was a lot because we don’t understand this smart technology. We had a couple of unusual requests for what we wanted, and Dave found what was available. He took the time to come up with a plan that suited our needs. We left very happy and just hoped he’d get back to us with a proposal. We had it by the end of the day!!! Our project has taken some time and Dave has been very helpful and patient. Every need was met with pleasure by Dave. Zero pressure from him at every turn. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this fine young man. He is knowledgeable, caring, patient, funny, very personable, laughs at my jokes, and quick to respond to your needs. I ought to send a thank you card to the two major dealers who never got back to us. Thanks to their lack of follow through we were able to meet Dave. We couldn't be happier with our new appliances. We have encountered many problems throughout our remodel with everything from vendors to contractors to suppliers to salespeople. Dave has been hands down the most consistent, flexible, and absolutely reliable person we have dealt with. We recommend him to anyone looking to buy major appliances. Autco you are lucky to have him.
