Rent One

Great company! I had been eyeing this Ashley Snodoodle living room set on Ashley’s website for 4-5 months now but I wasn’t on Rent One’s website. Then I found out I could still get it. My family and love the set, it arrived here at the expected time and the guys who put it tighter were phenomenal. I truly love this couch set. It also came with a ton of pillows. We had to remove a lot of them than was shown in the photo.

I absolutely loved the customer service I got when I walked into the store! Jessie and the guy who helped me a few days ago were amazing and quick! The two gentlemen that delivered my appliances were very nice guys! Pretty funny also! I’ve missed a couple weekly payments and they have been so understanding. Times get tough and they understand. I’ve paid a few things off and will keep returning back to buy more items. Again, thank you for you Independence Rent One! That’s what customer service is all about!

One of the worst place to rent to own anything. Very poor customer service mainly. Jessica and Tim are just trained poorly when it comes to dealing with customers and customer service. I just completed my payoff on furniture and will never used this company again. My pay history was excellent. They just don't have the skills to know how to talk to customers. I recommend Aaron's Rental...or NFM. They definitely won't get my business again

We have been buying from Rent One for over 10 years. The staff have worked with me and stuck with me from back when I was not the best customer. They were always kind and understanding. Fast forward and I have pretty much furnished my whole house with them, my payments are made through auto pay and I just can’t say enough about this company. Their staff is the best and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a place that will work with you on payments!!
