I called expecting to schedule something for days later, but they had a new refrigerator delivered and professionally installed within three hours of my call. Their responsiveness, communication, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to help me avoid a major disruption for my guests. In a situation that could have turned into a nightmare, they made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. I purchased a new dryer today. My old one was 15 years old and I had purchased it from Jacobsen's. Went into store and purchased a new one and it was delivered this afternoon. Already have done one load of clothes and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend this business. Best service and prices around!!! Delivered, set up the new and hauled the old one off. Couldn't ask for anything more!!!!

Worst customer service...No communication on day of appt. Arrived late. Guy was rude when questioned about leveling refrigerator. Gaskets installed wrinkled. Right door and freezer door doesn't even seal anymore. When called in was constantly interupted and told they will stand behind their employee rather than the customer.
