Excellent service. I've used J&R to repair my DCS range on two separate occasions, most recently in May 2025. Each time, they diagnosed the problem immediately and had the parts to repair the range on their service vehicle. So, I did not have to wait for shipment of parts. They answer phone calls quickly, arrive on time, and are very professional. I will only use for J&R for any appliance repair and strongly recommend them.

We love J and R!!! We have used them for years. They have attended our washer, refrigerator and stove. They have also recommended certain brands that we have replaced current appliances with and had no issues. We very much appreciate their extensive brand knowledge, their willingness and ability to fix nearly everything and their customer service. You won’t find two harder working or nicer guys!

So, I am like every other person that needs a major appliance service call. Weighing the pros and cons of spending $125 on a service call and just biting the bullet and buying new. Well J&R service tech was honest and fair about my unit. It was the best $125 spent. I now have water and ice maker working properly. But, I also know that if the "board" burns out it is 550 to repair. Honest service with options, you really do not get better than that! I would give 10 stars if I could.

This team is top notch. Have used J&R for several calls at my home and find them responsive and effective. I appreciate the time taken to explain the appliance repairs in a way I can understand - I never hesitate to recommend them. It is also a benefit that repairs are often made on the spot, without the need for a follow-up visit. Most recent fix: my Whirpoool Duet dryer.

I hired J&R appliance to fix my Kenmore elite dryer, which stop heating. Joe came out only a few days after I made a call, he determined it needed a new resistor. He fixed it in a a couple hours. He seems to carry a lot of these parts in his truck. He also determined the failure might be my exhaust vent. After blowing it as clean as possible I determined after 20 years, the whole line has Limited flow. Joe, you were right ended up in that crawlspace rerouting the system.
