We had an amazing experience at Arts Appliance & Furniture from start to finish. Being locally owned really shows in the level of customer service. From the in store staff to the amazing delivery drivers, everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. The team took their time while we picked out our living room furniture, answered all our questions, and made the whole process easy and stress free. We absolutely love our new furniture and highly recommend Arts to anyone looking for quality pieces and excellent service.

I’m giving 2 stars. Over the last few years I’ve tried my best with trying to save a little bit of money and a couple times I’ve brighten used appliances. Once from Art’s, once from a pawn shop, and once on Facebook marketplace. It doesn’t matter if it’s a nice local family business, or some person from work. Every time. You get what you pay for. And in my opinion go to one of the big box stores, and just buy new. Yeah it may be $50-75 dollars more then the used one, and I try to find deals and money. But the one from the big box store won’t break down in 6 months… And maybe my review is a bit harsh, but Ila used dryer from them 3 months ago. 3 months! I get they don’t make stuff like they used to, but they sold us junk and called it nice.
