We are Montana Prime Meats and we first contacted Rachel at Bargreens a year or so ago about a upcoming project and she/they were very helpful getting us the info needed as we were preparing for a remodel. 3 months ago we contacted Bargreens again as remodel time was getting closer, and they knew who we were and picked right up were we left off as we started the shopping process for new freezers/coolers for our store. Rachel’s ability to answer any question we threw at her was impressive and if she did not know the answer she did the research to get it for us. We came to a agreement with a price and a delivery date. All of this was spot on as Rachel said it would be. Come delivery day Eric the delivery man showed up at the time we discussed dispite the 8 inches of snow and cold temps by himself and unloaded , and installed 6 new pieces of equipment . He then cleaned up everything from the unpackaging, cleaned up the floor from the snow and left without a trace. I would highly recommend Bargreens Ellison in Billings. I hate leaving bad reviews but it looks like there reviews at very dated. I ordered a set of knives Oct 10th, I was told the order would go out the following Monday. And it would take about 10 days. After 10 days I called to check the status, she told me they were just taking a while To get here and that she would double check and call Me back. Never got a call. This process happened 3 more times. I said email if that easier never got a call or email back. Finally called another time said they were just taking a while to ship. The next time I called she told Me they only put order into this company when several of their stores have order to cut the cost on shipping charge. Which I was never informed about from the beginning. I may have been willing to pay the charge because I needed this set of knives urgently. And that it would be another week and half till they get here. 2 days later I get a call the knives were discontinued. I’m pretty sure the order was never placed till 6 weeks later after I paid $450 for them. Proceeded to ask for a refund. That never happened. Called again and assured me they’d refund my account. Waited 10 business days where as come merchants take that long to credit your credit card back. It’s been 8 weeks since the original Purchase date. Finally got a email Confirmation and waiting 2 days for My refund. I’m Sorry but I called a least a dozen times. There was no reason for this to take so long to tell Me it was discontinued and have my money back. I will not be returning to Bargreen Billings. This is not how you do business. And I am very understanding for mistakes or miscommunication but this is just plain bad business. I hope this review spurs on better customer service and clear communication and better business practice.

I'd star them a minus 99×99 because one star is too good for their tirade. Their chemicals are repugnant to the skin and lungs. They claim to be modestly made with natural ingredients, they problem is that they are allergy issued big time. I have to take antihistamines now permanently and am to carry an epi pen, I NEVER had so many problems until the job of dismay Yellowstone River Nursing and Rehabilitation-Billings changed from clean laundry chemicals provided by Hanson Chemical to these people. Bargreen Ellington are liars and bully mastery. Their chemicals are bad to linen and clothing also. Sulfur dioxide is implemented. Go elsewhere for cleaning agents.

I paid in full for a Silver King refrigerator. I was told it would be one week to receive it from Colorado. As the weeks went by I called several times and was told, after paying $2,700, that they would contact me with more information on delivery. I never heard back from Woody, the Bargreen associate. A month later, with no call backs, I received a letter saying I had a $2,700 credit at Bargreen Ellingson in Billings, Mt. With no refrigerator, the opening date for my coffee kiosk has been up ended. Nobody contacted me in a months time to let me know I would not be getting this refrigerator, which was needed for my opening. They sent a letter on a Friday, they are closed on weekends, with no explanation just a credit for the $2,700 I paid. Do not trust them to meet your needs or give explanations as to why you will not receive the products ordered. Terrible experience dealing with a dishonest company. They do not care about their customers. Be careful when dealing with this company.
