Curtis came out to stop my stackable washer and dryer from shaking so much. He was incredibly informed and very personable. They came out within two days of me calling!

Called for a fridge repair, was told 2-3 weeks. 7 weeks later no response. I called again and got laughed at about the time lapse and was told that she wasn't quite to the office yet, 9:30 am, and would call me right back. That was a week ago. I called another company day after my last call to them. Do not recommend.

Whomever answers the phones has TERRIBLE customer service....should probably work on that...

Bought stand up washer and dryer his workers strapped it down. On the way home ir blew out of the back of the truck owner only refunded 50%
