I needed to get a new dishwasher and when I came in, John helped me out and was very knowledgeable and professional. My dishwasher came with a manufacturer’s rebate and when I ran into a few snags redeeming that with the manufacturer, John and Kelly both went above and beyond expectations and helped smooth that out. These guys were great to work with and I’ll definitely be back when the time comes to get more appliances!

We live a few hours away from everything, but Ruben was able to handle both the purchase of our washer and dryer set and then the purchase of the pedestals with ease over phone and email. He made it easy and seamless. Great to work with and made the process a breeze. The delivery and install crew, Josh and Tyler were awesome! Right on time, fast, careful, and with a great attitude and sense of humor. They did a fantastic job and even laughed at my bad jokes - even the ones made at their expense! Honestly, this process could not have gone better. Thanks to Ruben, Josh, and Tyler!

Ruben was so helpful at the store. He helped me understand the options so I could make a decision (and this is after I had checked the big box stores plus Costco). The prices were the same. The store was easy to shop in. I bought my washers and dryer on a Friday and it was delivered on Monday. Gabe and his crew were great to take out my old machines. Then they cleaned the floor before installing my new ones! Fred's will be my first stop next time I shop for appliances. Great service.
