Bre was an amazing sales person! I just got back from vacation went to do laundry and flooded my laundry room as my washer decided to poop out. Went in on Sunday told her what I was needing and what my budget was and she made it happen. Was super informative and helpful on picking out the set that would be most beneficial for me. As it was Sunday the warehouse was closed but she called one of her coworkers over to man the store for her and went up to the warehouse herself found the set I bought and made sure I was able to take them home that day! I don’t know if I expressed enough to her how grateful I was! Will definitely be returning to her for future appliance needs!

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! A huge Thank You to Stan, Kristy, Jenny, the Lady in delivery (sorry, I don't remember her name) and the delivery and set up crew!! The Customer Service here is exceptional!! love my bed, washer and dryer even though I haven't seen them in person or used them yet. I live in Phoenix, AZ! I will soon. as I am moving back to Beatrice. I highly recommend them!!

Although I had to wait 3 months to get my couch when they FINALLY delivered it the men we very professional and friendly! They cleaned up all the packing and took it with them! Before they left they made sure I was happy and helped me position the couch they way I wanted it! The couch and material are better than some I’ve seen in the stores. Very comfortable and good looking! I would order from them again!

I ordered both a dresser and a nightstand, the nightstand arrived within a few days and the dresser was originally scheduled to be delivered May 10 but actually came in April 26! The store was great to work with, had inexpensive but quality items, and worked well with me for doorstep delivery. It all went very smooth and I will definitely shop here again!
