I made an online order with Pleasant Hill Grain, I will admit shipping is a bit long in comparison to other places, however I had many personal issues with my bank, PHG was quick to respond to my questions and concerns, their service team is amazing. I definitely will recommend to others.

I ordered the MoKo in November and they kept pushing out out ship date. In February I talked to a lady and she said they would honor the price I preordered my unit. Then I get an invoice with the price increase and the customer service lady was rude and denied my claims.

I recently upgraded my home bakery setup with the Spiralmac SV12 Royal Queen from Pleasant Hill Grain, and the difference in my bread quality is night and day. Even though I only bake once or twice per month, I wanted a machine that would provide professional results every time I use it. If you are transitioning from a standard planetary mixer to a dedicated spiral mixer, this machine is a revelation. Performance & Dough Quality: The SV12 is a powerhouse. The spiral hook and rotating bowl work in perfect harmony to develop gluten without over-oxidizing the dough or raising the temperature too quickly. I primarily bake high-hydration sourdough (80%+), and this mixer handles wet dough with ease, achieving full windowpane strength in a fraction of the time it used to take. The variable speed control with 10 speeds is a game-changer, allowing for a slow initial mix and a high-speed finish for maximum strength. Build Quality & Aesthetics: The "Royal" line is aptly named. The finish is stunning and it looks like a piece of professional equipment that belongs in a high-end kitchen. It is incredibly heavy and stable. Even at the highest speeds with a full load of dough, it does not budge an inch on the counter. The stainless steel bowl, hook, and breaker bar are all heavy-duty and clearly built to last a lifetime. User Experience: Despite its power, it is surprisingly quiet. You can hold a conversation right next to it while it is running. The offset breaker bar does a fantastic job of keeping the dough from climbing the hook, which was a constant frustration with my old mixer. Cleanup is straightforward. Even though the head is fixed, you can remove the bowl, hook, and breaker bar, making for a better cleanup. Buying from Pleasant Hill Grain: I cannot recommend Pleasant Hill Grain enough. Their customer service is top-tier. The mixer arrived safely and was very well protected during transit. Their team was knowledgeable and helped me confirm that the SV12 was the right size for my specific batch requirements. Final Verdict: If you are serious about your craft, the Spiralmac SV12 Royal Queen is worth every penny. Even for an occasional baker, it has transformed my workflow and significantly improved the crumb structure and volume of my loaves.

I appreciate their prompt responses to my questions as well as their accuracy, honesty and transparency. I am very interested in visiting their actual store to hold and touch and see things in action. I like that they do not carry grains from China and specifically state that. I also like that they state country of origin for their products and if it is not listed they will respond to let me know.

Visited while driving home to NM. Beautiful showroom full of unique items. A friendly Lady took us into the warehouse to see a new oven. Good to discover A business in mid Nebraska. Not close to much...but here it is. We discovered this business on a Internet search. So happy to actually visiting here. Thanks everyone who makes this business happen. Much appreciated 👍.
