Superior Furniture Appliances

I was visiting my sister and noticed that her refrigerator/freezer was Not working properly! We chose to visit Superior Appliances that following afternoon. We found a nice new refrigerator which has a 1 year warranty. When we told Ruben that we were leaving town early the next morning ,and asked is there any way it could be delivered that day, he said that they could deliver after hours that very day. We were SO grateful!! This is unheard of in bigger cities, but Ruben was So accomodating and didnt even charge an after hrs fee. They delivered the refrigerator with care and hauled away my sister's Very old refrigerator for a very minimal fee. My sister is a disabled veteran and they also give veterans a discount. I cannot give enough of a 5 star review for this business. Also, their business smells So clean when you walk in the door. That impressed me as well. Thank you again,Ruben. I wish all business owners had your integrity.

I bought a washer and dryer set, I live an hour away, got home and seen washmachine door was broke. They swapped it out for another one and told me if it still dis not work, they would order me one. Thank heavens it worked, but totally awesome people! I will be talking with my current boss about an industrial machine or 3 in the very near future. Thanks Ruben and the rest of your team for being so helpful!

They do not honor their warranty. Bought a washer and dryer. Each had a significant issue after we got them home. Politely and patiently explained this to the store on several occasions but we got dropped like a hot rock. We fixed it ourselves and it wasn't even an expensive or difficult repair for either one. The fact alone that they gave a warranty and didn't honor it is why I wrote this review.
