Excellent customer service, guidance to quality product options that met our needs and preferred budget, supportive facilitation of changes required, no problem to adjust delivery due to construction delays, regular availability for questions, detailed communication regarding specs, warranty, ample notification on day of delivery, right through to careful capable delivery by Brown's team today. Can't wait to use the new appliances but I didn't want to wait to write a review and advise of the excellent experience we've had with Brown's so far. Thank you very much to Ariel who's professional, steady support has been the perfect "face" of the company to me even though I've never actually met her, as we've only communicated via email and phone! SOLD US A FRIDGE WITH A MANUFACTURING DEFECT The Whirlpool fridge delivered to us had different Stainless Steel finishes on the freezer door and fridge door. It appears that this was a manufacturing/assembly error. We wanted the fridge to be replaced - if there was 1 manufacturing/assembly error, then there are probably others. Ariel and Jennifer did not respond to our calls and emails. As others have noted - customer service is non-existent if you have issues after the sale. Our fridge broke down just before Christmas and we rushed to replace it. If we had taken the time to check Browns' reviews we would not have purchased from them.

Love Brown's Appliances! I purchased a new home that came with all appliances except a microwave. I connected with Ariel at Brown's and was looking for a microwave that would go above the range. After a bit of measuring and showing her the rest of my appliances, she recommended the Whirlpool microwave. Great customer service, easy to install, excellent condition and matches perfectly with the rest of my kitchen! Highly recommend!

Jen and her team are the best in the business! Owning a spa, laundry is a key part of our behind the scene operations. Our older second hand stack ables bit the dust and I needed new ones replaces asap. I called Browns right away and Jen helped me with what would be the best set for our commercial space. With in 24 hours they had my new washer and drier delivered and the old machines taken away. The delivery staff were a delight to work with. Highly recommend Browns as a family owned business and the best service around.
