Baron's Major Brands Appliance

I today received delivery and installation of a new Bosch dishwasher that I recently purchased from Barons Major Brands in Belmont. Chris O’Neil did an outstanding job with the installation. As a licensed plumber, I had complete confidence in Chris O’Neil and he did not let me down. I appreciate his efforts and would give him an A+ on the quality of his work. As an aside, I would also like to compliment Andrew Devine, the salesman who sold me the unit. Andrew very knowledgeable about all the products that I looked at and he was very helpful to me in deciding the unit to purchase.

We recently replaced the appliances in our kitchen that were 36 years old, and still working. It was time. We stopped in the Belmont store and worked with Bill York, who was extremely helpful. His years of experience proved very beneficial in guiding our selections. The delivery team did a great job. The delivery app enabled me to track their progress along their route. They were extremely careful removing the old appliances and bringing in the new ones, taking care to document the as-delivered condition. With the new appliances installed, we are enjoying new features and great performance. We appreciate that Baron's Major Brands carries high quality products, has great sales staff, and a competent delivery team.

Shopped over internet, good info available, pricing is competitive, sales contact was fast, courteous and thorough. Delivery was quick, communication was very good and the tracking ap worked as expected. Removal of the old washer and dryer was appreciated for a fee. The setup was quick and all packaging was removed. Overall, I was satisfied with the entire order process. I will consider Barons for future orders.
