Baron's Major Brands Appliances- Concord

Concord Baron's is the best appliance buying experience I've had. I purchased appliances from them for four different home renovations over the past few years. They are excellent to work with. They are incredibly knowledgable and have a great selection of appliances and brands. They take the time to help you figure out what you really need and find the best match. They are also extremely helpful and flexible when issues arise, which is inevitable in complex renovations. I highly recommend them.

I worked with Isaiah for six months from start to finish. I purchased a full collection of appliances for a major kitchen renovation. He provided excellent service from the initial selection process, to coordinating the delivery and installation. It was also very helpful to take advantage of rebates from the manufacturer. He did not push me to buy the most expensive ones but worked to understand my needs and did a great job.

Was referred to Barons by a friend because they price match & have superior customer service. We had the same excellent experience. Ordering the washer we wanted online was super easy and price was comparable to the lowest we found anywhere else. Scheduling delivery was quick and they sent us a link to watch the progress of our delivery so we knew exactly when they were on the way. Delivery & installation was professional and fast. Extremely pleased and will order from them again.

Great experience from start to finish. I worked with Dylan a sales rep with Barons. I did all this through txt on their website. I told them what I wanted and they came up with excellent solutions I needed it to match my dishwasher which is black and they did just that. They said it would get delivered in less then a week and it did get delivered on the day they said it would get delivered today “Thursday” The guys who delivered were very polite and efficient with removing the old fridge and bringing in the new one. I have a small door opening so they had to remove the door and take the doors off the new fridge before they could even get it in. Even with the obstacles they had to go through the whole process took under an hour. They really know what they are doing. I fully recommend BARONS and forget the big box stores I never really had good luck with them in the past, I have had to return a few appliances to the big box stores myself and never really got a good attitude when I personally returned it back myself.
