I had a wonderful experience working with Mike Bondi to outfit our whole new home with appliances. Very knowledgeable about all brands and just as important, great customer service. I would absolutely recommend you go see Mike instead of a big-box store for your appliance needs.

It saddens me to write this as I have been a loyal customer with this company for years; however, how I was treated was ridiculous. I purchased an all-in-one laundry unit. However, when they could not deliver it on the date promised, they offered me the floor model. I took it only because my laundry was piling up. When it was delivered, there was a scratch on the side and on the door, but I didn't say anything. I thought, not a big deal, it was not that noticeable. Of note, I was offered no discount to take the floor model. Well, about a week in I started noticing problems with it. Then it wasn't completing the cycle properly and would not dry, this was day 13 from delivery. I called and said I would like it replaced. They offered to service it, and I said no, I've had it less than two weeks, there is obviously something very wrong with it, and I want a new one. I was told, and not very nicely, I might add. "You can have it serviced, or we will refund you money and you can go elsewhere". Needless to say, I chose elsewhere. I got a better deal, and was given info on rebates Stafford never mentioned existed. I will NEVER go back there again. I have words for them, not one is ladylike.

Had a great buying experience at Strafford Appliance on Saturday April 17, 2021. We had to replace an electric stove due to a electrical issue. My wife called Strafford Appliance while at another store to ask a few questions on availability. We left and headed to Dover after speaking to Sean Page. We spent some time at the store and had all our questions answered by Sean who is a very knowledgeable long term employee of Strafford Appliance. We bought a new electric range that morning and had it loaded in the back of our vehicle. Fantastic sales experience. No pressure . The personable staff during my latest visit was exceptional. I was greeted quickly and was shown the best options of each model prior to purchasing my new appliances. What sold me was the feeling that if I ever have an issue, his in-house service technician would be available to handle any repairs. I came back just recently to buy a grill.
