Barons Appliance is the best! Although the oven that I ordered didn’t work out, Shannon, my sales associate, was great and took such good care of me! It was a wonderful experience working with Shannon, and I will definitely call her the next time I’m in need of any appliance. It’s hard to find good customer service these days! Thank you Shannon! DON'T PURCHASE FROM BARON'S. Just hope nothing every breaks. Their repair service is the worst. Purchased a new range, wall oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. All purchased in September 2025. Still waiting 7 months later to replace damaged stove top. Came out 4 months after the purchase with wrong part. Haven't heard from the since. They don't even return calls. I wouldn't purchase here ever again. Now I have a faulty ice maker in the fridge.

Incompetence or scam - not sure which It all started great with the sales people, but went downhill fast from there. We bought a dishwasher with install and scheduled to come out on a Tuesday. When they came I got a notification that they couldn't install. I called and got told that they water valve to the dishwasher was leaking when they turned it off? Not when it was on, but when turned off? The picture they sent showed the area but no water. When I came how and checked there was no water in the area, just some dish soap from a bottle that had fallen over. I closed the valve and there was no water at all other than a few drops of condensation on the pipe. I contacted the company and they rescheduled for the Thursday. Wednesday they told me they couldn't deliver as their truck was too heavy for our road. Then they said they could do it with a different truck....if I paid an extra $100. No thank you - refunded my money and bought it elsewhere for less expensive.

I wish Baron's cared that I never got a final on my 6g best fan install and I was left with a huge open gap behind my stove. That was just the install price. Not the cost of the fan. The install started 2022. I still have a 30 inch gaping hole in my island top. The original fan flap was warped as you can see and the tech said he shouldn't finish the installation until it got replaced under warranty. Since Baron's has completely ghosted me, refuses to respond to calls about it specifically, and completely ignores the condition this outrageously priced event was left in. I have never signed anything agreeing the job was complete to my satisfaction. The fact this review has got over 1,000 views in 2 months and I still haven't got a call screams the level for which they couldn't give two swats about this customer's satisfaction.
