Baron's Major Brands Appliance

I recently purchased a new washer from Baron's. The construction company I work for along with many of our customers have worked with Baron's for a long time. This was the first time I personally went there for a purchase and the experience was excellent. My salesman was Rob Cohen and his professionalism was far and away better than I've ever received from Best buy, HD, or Lowes etc.. Go with Baron's.

This was my first time ever going to Baron's Major Brands after having driven by it a million times! I haven't had to buy a new appliance for about 15 years and did not trust going to the big home improvement chain stores after having checked them out. Baron's has an absolutely beautiful and well-staffed showroom with a great selection of models from all the popular "major brands" as their business name states. Excellent experience with sales rep Paul Skafas!. Provided great information about a few brands of dishwashers I had been researching and debating on. He provided expert, comparative details about them, ultimately leading me to choose a Maytag model I had been considering that had just the right features and was the perfect choice for my needs and budget. Baron's provides excellent, personalized customer service, without any high pressure sales tactics. I also wish to recognize and commend Shawn the delivery and installer guy. He handled the removal of my old dishwasher and the installation of the new one with ease and care and expertise, definitely demonstrating his many many years of experience! He did not rush through the job and made sure everything was perfect! I am extremely pleased with my experience with Baron's! I recommend them highly and I will most assuredly choose Baron's for any future appliance needs!

We purchased a refrigerator for our basement last year from Christi, our sales representative at Barrons Appliance, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Christi immediately made us feel welcome, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and demonstrated outstanding product knowledge. Most importantly, she earned our trust by guiding us toward the right option rather than simply trying to make a sale. We also really appreciate that Barron’s stands behind what they sell and services the appliances they provide. Because of that great experience, we recently returned to Barron’s and worked with Christi again to purchase a second refrigerator for our kitchen. Once again, she helped us find the perfect fit for our style, functional needs, and budget. Christi is a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend both her and Barron’s Appliance.

Excellent purchasing experience getting our Bosch Benchmark dishwasher with sales consultant Paul Skafas ! He setup our delivery and install date for us. Delivery and setup was very efficient, sadly on the same day our machine developed and Error Code E21-30, which would not reset ! One call to our Sales Consultant Paul Skafas of this problem, he immediately setup another delivery of another Bosch Benchmark dishwasher, which has been delivered and has No Issues !!!! We appreciate the Jenny updates from Barons, before, during and after delivery, which Provides Excellent Customer Communication, and Most of all Paul Skafas, Our Sales Consultant.
