What a great experience! We loved working with Murat--he was kind, patient, knowledgeable and really listened to our needs and preferences. Very accommodating and no pressure. The appliances were delivered within a week and we loved the plumber/installer he recommended. Top notch experience all around! We would return just to have a chance to work with Murat again.

I visited Appliance Warehouse in June looking for a Speed Queen washer. A friend bought one there and I was so happy to have the feedback. Very few stores carry that brand. I was greeted by Angie and she was most delightful to talk with me and share practical details about what to consider when purchasing inexpensive item such as a new washer. I appreciated the fact that she responded to me by text because that's my preferred method of communication. My overall experience was fantastic. Dan was able to close the sale on her behalf as she was out with an illness, but she was no less professional because of it.

Last year, I purchased a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator with the very capable help of Fred Charland at Appliance Warehouse. I was so pleased and satisfied with the information and service supplied by Fred that I purchased a Maytag washing machine from him last week. Fred was both informative and efficient, and made the purchase process as pleasant as that type of transaction can be. I would not hesitate to recommend both Appliance Warehouse and Fred Chartland in the future.
