NO STARS
THE WORST OUT THERE. You have to see the damage this clueless buffoon caused at my house. (To bad this review doesn't have the option to post pictures) He was clueless and confused and then left the job incomplete when he realized he was screwing up. If he didn't know or got confused he should've called a supervisor. Left wires hanging all over my dining room floor, drilled an unnecessary hole in my house to try to cut out the need for my second router because using 2 routers at my house (which it's been that way for 10+ years) would leave him without a needed router for his next stop. Didn't have the correct equipment. Left me with no phone service. This is a sub-contractor for Comcast. Comcast had to come out to jury-rig me a phone so at least I had service in the house until they can come out today and do the install correctly. NEVER in my life have I ever been so disgusted with any service performed in/on my home as I did with this jackass. If your getting Comcast.....(or any installation) if I white pick-up truck pulls up do not let them into your home.....You will regret it.
