This store is a complete scam. They sell appliances that are not original and pass them off as brand new. I bought a product that stopped working shortly after purchase, and when I contacted them for a repair, they charged me a lot for a so-called fix that didn’t work at all. The repairs are just another way to rip people off. Avoid this place at all costs.

I won’t give these a rating. They don’t serve it. They someone that didn’t know anything to fix my refrigerator back in November and the guy just cut my freezer wire put a small fan and said it was ok, it be a few hour to normalize. He charged me 175, and when I ask a receipt he said he didn’t have any and left. I called a few times and still no answer. All they is ask for name , address, and phone # then no more of anything these people still owe me my money for they didn’t do anything. I’m still trying to get someone to fix it. Please don’t use these dumb guys. They’re a disgrace. Come to America like they know what to do. I won’t even bother anymore with. I’m going to the BBB for help to get my money back .

Worse experience with them. They came to my house to check my refrigerator for 40 dollars the minute they walk in and charged me 300 dollars just for a sensor fuse and gas. I found that to be a lot but that wasn’t even the issue, now my refrigerator isn’t working and now they giving me a very difficult time to come back and check it out. I just want my refrigerator to be able to work that’s why I paid the man. They were very rude to me I definitely don’t recommend this place. Do your research really good as you can see the other reviews they charge 300 automatically.

Do not hire!!! modern day bandits. I hired them to fix a stove. The technician was supposed to diagnose it and then give me a quote before starting work on it. He did not and the then went ahead and spent all of 15 minutes changing an $18.00 dollar fuse and then attempted to charge me $225.00 dollars. I refused to pay him that much because a brand new stove costs $300.00 dollars. I called the main office and agreed to pay $ 175.00 which I felt was still to much but did not want to escalate an already ridiculous situation. Needless to say I will never hire them again.
