Vlad came to look at my 30 year old dryer that stopped getting hot. I contacted him online in the morning and he was at my house by 3:30 that same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, did the repair and even gave me a couple of maintenance pointers. I was surprised he had the parts with him to fix such an old unit. The cost was very reasonable, and Vlad was polite, informative and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ace again if I needed another appliance repair.

Our washer wasn't draining today & called for appt. They were able to come out same day and Vlad was professional,fixed the problem within an hour and clean up better than before he arrived. He also gave us some pointers on keeping it running for as long as possible. A++++

I called this morning because my dishwasher wasn't working properly and made an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. However, earlier this afternoon, a tech called and said he could actually fit me in today. Vlad is extremely knowledgeable and addressed our problem quickly at a reasonable price. I am absolutely thrilled with the service and believe he is a true resource. Highly recommend!
