Very reliable and trustworthy local appliance repair service. Dustin and Tiffany provide exceptional customer service, responding to calls or emails, often within an hour. They keep you updated with regard to arrival time and Dustin is very punctual. Both are very friendly and straightforward which is a definite plus in my book. Dustin is very knowledgeable and presented the options of whether to fix my 1999 Whirlpool washer twin tower or replace it. I decided to have him fix it as the dryer works well. A new transmission and transmission drive clutch later and the washer is performing great! Dustin even replaced the dryer latch as a complimentary service, so no more holding the door closed with duct tape lol! If you value honesty, integrity, and hard work, Dustin is your guy.
