We had a wonderful experience with Barry’s Appliance & TV in Bridgewater! We purchased all of our new kitchen appliances from them for our kitchen renovation, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. We worked with Julia, the General Manager, and she was simply phenomenal. She took the time to walk us through the different appliance brands, explain their features and capabilities, and help us make choices that fit both our needs and our budget. She was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and truly made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy. We are so happy with our experience and would highly recommend Barry’s Appliance & TV to anyone shopping for appliances! And, we will definitely return for future appliance needs.

I truly loved my experience at Barry’s! Julie was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. She even introduced me to Jen in the service department, and both of them took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. If I ever have any issues, I know I’m in great hands. They probably saw my name, Karen, and realized they should tread lightly and not get me started! 😂 I highly recommend Barry’s. Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly make you feel like a valued customer.

Very happy with our experience buying a refrigerator from Barry's. Good selection. Especially appreciated the no pressure sales approach. The delivery men were terrific. To get the old refrigerator out and the new one in to our kitchen they had to take the doors off of both appliances and then put the new one back together. They were patient and careful and made sure everything was done properly. I appreciate the extra time spent doing this.

I had a great experience working with Tony at Barry’s Appliance. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. Tony was also very helpful throughout the entire process, making sure I understood the different options and helping me find the best fit for my needs. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommend asking for Tony if you visit Barry’s Appliances!

What can I say other than it was a wonderful experience working with Jason & his team. They were very patient with me, thoroughly answered all my questions (some multiple times), and went above and beyond when assisting with a fun delivery schedule = something they had nothing to do with but jumped right in to make it right. We also had one of the appliances arrive with a small mark, they were quick to call the manufacturer and have a new one sent the same day. The professionalism and care they put into assisting their customers is Top Notch and why I continue to bring my business to Barry's! Thanks again! T.S.
