This appliance store is one of the best places I have ever done business with their customer service could not be any better they do everything to make sure that the customer is satisfied the prices are competitive if not less than the bigger stores they go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy I always go to them for anything that I need 👍👍👍

Worst experience ever! I called before asking for a Samsung washer! The old guy working there in the afternoon said we have one 499! In 15 minutes I went there and he said no it’s $700 ! He said probably mister Jim the owner said that! I told him it’s me about 15 minutes ago! Then he admitted it was him! Then he said why you want Samsung get G is better! Then I told him I have my own delivery he said no we have it you have to pay! Started saying a lot of bad stories that happened with other costumer’s! I stopped him because I didn’t have time to listen to his lies! So Mister Jim or whatever your name is please change your staff quickly because nobody wants to by with the people like this!

I have been looking forward to visiting this place as its fairly new in town. I live in carlstadt and came in looking to buy an induction oven. I first noticed the G.E Model which looks nice. They have high end stoves fridges etc. An older woman with a cane came over to assist and I asked her how much that model was because they dont have any prices listed. She said let me take a look. I continued to browse the other ovens and also noticed a café which is gorgeous. After chatting a bit with the gentlemen at the counter about other models she tells me " The cheapest induction is $1100" I replied back how much is the model on the floor I inquired about. She said that its discontinued than proceeded to tell me how other models are 3500 and 4500 which is "Very Expensive." NOT ONCE did I explain a budget or limitations to the oven i was considered to purchase. I felt that was extremely judgemental and profiling based off my appearance as I just got a haircut and stopped by on my way home. I was wearing pajama bottoms. Im very disappointed with the lack of professionalism I encountered and left disgusted with my Girlfriend. I didn't make a fuss about it i simply just left. I was in the store for about 8 mins. I am a white male in my 40s and my Girlfriend is Spanish. I make 150k a year and live VERY comfortable. They have nice stuff but if that's the epresentation of this establishment take your business to Best Buy or Lowes. Dont judge a book by it's cover. You lost a sale as well as a future customer. Shame on you!

Just the best experience working with this family run business. Great product. Great staff. Excellent service and beat every other stores pricing. Hands down the only place to purchase your appliances from. It was the easiest most pleasant experience. Purchased on a Tuesday and delivered and installed by Thursday. 2 days! (After waiting over 6 weeks from one of the box stores and then being told that it would be another 4 weeks - was promised 10 days - so I cancelled and went to RA. Glad I did! Don’t go anywhere else.
