I recently had an excellent experience purchasing my new refrigerator at Roger's Appliances. Eric was knowledgeable, patient, and truly spent the time with me going over all of the options, features, and costs. He even followed up a few days later to check on everything. Roger's provides outstanding customer service, from selection to delivery. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality appliances from an establishment that truly cares about their customers.

Roger's Appliances offers a great selection! The staff are very friendly and helpful and Olivia is the epitome of excellent customer service! Needing a new gas range, and after a great deal of research, we opted to get another General Electric (GE) range. Our old GE range was over 20 years old and was very reliable....BUT... Buyer beware of GE gas ranges! The range was delivered on 2/28 and we immediately could not use the convection or air fry settings, it made a terrible sound! Because we use gas, we opted to not use the oven at all not knowing the problem. I called Roger's and they immediate contacted their outsourced service team. This company only has one technician for our part of New Jersey and Delaware! He was scheduled for the following week but he could not come when scheduled due to a knee injury, so he came the following week. Neither he nor his supervisor had any idea what was causing the noise. He ordered one part, returned the following week, it still made the noise. He then ordered two more parts and returned yesterday and luckily, one of the parts he ordered solved the problem! That being said, the range was delivered on 2/28 and we could not use the oven until April 1! Will I continue to shop at Roger's? A resounding "yes." Would I recommend a GE appliance? Not anymore.

Outstanding experience. Have purchased many appliances from Roger's. Olivia was very knowledgeable and very polite. The delivery guys were excellent. Was a pleasure to have them in my home. Install of the dryer went perfectly. They even pointed out some of the convenient features. Thank you everyone at Roger's for a wonderful experience!!!
