using this account for the review but this store has terrible customer services. went in to get parts for my fridge and they gave them to me but they’re not even clean. the person attending me was very rude and tolled me to just wash it at home. As soon as one of my family members walked out they were cussing them out. don’t recommend this store

I wish I had read the reviews before going to this place. I also bought a stove and a brand new stainless fridge, and their service was excellent until my brand new fridge stopped working a MONTH later. They provided an older dented non-stainless replacement fridge “while they fixed my original one.” After 2 months of calling and visiting the store and being told “they don’t have a replacement”, I finally asked for a refund for the difference. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t use them again.

My experience was a bad one. I brought a stove and fridge .....and not even a year the fridge stops working...had to wait a hole week b4 any technicians came out to see what was wrong.....b4 any work they wanted to charge me one hundred and forthy dollars....i only paid two hundred and seventy five dollars for the fridge. If u gonna purchase kitchen appliances make sure they are brand new.
