Selling scratch and dent models with no manufacturers warranty for 90% of the price of a new model is crazy. Look elsewhere if you are in the market for appliances that are actually marked down due to those defects.

I went there to buy appliances, I made an appointment, waited for allegedly the guy name Chris, and tells me if you don’t want to wait you can leave. I explained to him I waited for one hour. I wouldn’t recommend this shady company. Be aware of this guy Chris, he thinks he somebody that’s important but he just sells appliances for a living. Staff was nice but could not make decisions.

Found an AC on eBay from them for half price, but local pickup only. Called their main number to see if they could ship it to Houston instead. They gave me a good price. So far, so good... they are accommodating. If arrives badly, will change review!

Nice people, very helpful. They even arranged delivery and removal, for a fee of course. But you go there knowing they have new stock scratch and ding and closeouts (but not all) and at steep discounts. Where else will you find a Fisher Paykel refrigerator at half the cost? Hard to find the location because they don't have the entrance well-marked. The refrigerator itself is fantastic! The dings were low on the sides and back and completely hidden by my wall and cabinets. It's very high quality, counter-depth so it's a perfect fit for a small kitchen.
