Bought an air conditioner from them off Amazon. After a couple days it said it was shipped and on the way. A week went by with no update to the shipping tracker so I called fed ex and they said they have not received my package yet and that it only says shipped because they printed the shipping label. After another week of limbo with no communication (they would not respond to email or phone calls). I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told I need to send back the unit before they refunded me the same unit that was never shipped to me. After about a month and a half I called my credit card company and they refunded my purchase. To my surprise the same day the golden opportunity inc. finally cancelled my order! The whole time not one returned email or phone call. This place is a sham...

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service provided by Golden. I bought an air conditioner through Amazon and I had a question regarding the product. I called and left a message after 5pm (California time) and within the hour the customer service representative called me back from his home (after 8pm New York time). He arranged for a technician to call at 9AM the following morning and that call was a few minutes early. The question was answered and the air conditioner was up and running by 9AM. This response was phenomenal and I will seek out Golden products in the future.
