What a pleasant experience with a service company! My Maytag washer was experiencing difficulty with the spin cycle due to stabilization issues. The very helpful technician diagnosed the problem, explained the repair process, and provided me with helpful hints to maximize the efficiency and extend the life of my washer. The price of the repairs was reasonable, and I now have a go to for any appliance repairs in the future. Thank you! Great job!

Thankful to Grove appliance for servicing and fixing my refrigerator. They were very quick to respond to my call and very quick to drive nearly an hour away to resolve my problem. It was apparent that relying on local repair was not an option. When I called them I was not sure if they serviced my area, but lucky for me they did. And they did not disappoint! They were kind, professional and efficient and they arrived as scheduled! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!! 5 Stars *****

Once again Groves Appliance goes above and beyond with service. Our washing machine would not start. I called Groves for service Monday the serviceman was out on Wednesday and diagnosed trouble. The board needed was in stock at Alliance. The serviceman retrieved the new board and returned same day to install new board. This was a full size washer and dryer in a very small room. Keith and Allen did great work.

Paul was prompt, very pleasant and knowledgable. He had excellent communication skills. He explained the situation that it would cost more to repair than it was worth and mentioned that half his service fee could be put towards purchasing a new washer from Groves. Great cross-selling skills. And that's exactly what we did. It will be delivered on Monday. Very pleased with the outcome!
