SCAM ALERT – STAY AWAY! This place is a total scam. I bought a refrigerator that completely died within the first week. When I contacted the owner, she refused to refund my money or take any responsibility. She clearly doesn’t care about customers and is running a shady business. I will be filing a police report and reporting this place to every consumer protection agency I can. Don’t waste your money here — they will take it and leave you with broken junk.

Fixed my Whirlpool refrigerator for 480 3 or 4 weeks after i ear strange noises I did check an all screws inside were losing and couple missing, fortunately my wife saw the screws at the floor, so I proceed to tight and noise is gone, it was a real poor job for 480. They replace a sensor and the main board, I'm adding a picture of the sensor, but they also broke a corner of the plastic case of the trying to opened with one screw inserted in a corner. Do not fix your appliance with this company. Update on 02/18/2025; barely 2 months after they fixed, the refrigerator stops making ice on freezer side and stop cool on the right side, perhaps they use a old main board to fixed or they didn't fix correctly, so I lose $480.00 and buy a new refrigerator in Home Depot store at Linden Aviation Plaza. The "fix" last less than 2 months.

I had a terrible experience with this appliance store. When I purchased my refrigerator, the staff assured me I had a warranty, which gave me peace of mind. However, just a week after receiving it, the refrigerator stopped working. Now, they want to charge me to come out and fix it! To make matters worse, I've purchased four refrigerators and three stoves from them, and two of the refrigerators are already malfunctioning—all within three months of purchase! This is unacceptable. I expected better quality products and customer service. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

Unbelievable we bought a USED Samsung model rfg237aars frig worth $3000 when it first came out "New" ..it works just like new for only $600 got it a few weeks ago and no problems can't believe how nice it is and how much room this stainless steel French door refrigerator works.. also got a NEW 8000 btu AC for only $175. I STRONGLY recommend this place ******UPDATE OCTOBER 1,2024 2YEARS LATER THE FRIG CRAPS OUT AND STOPS GETTING COLD ON US WE GO BACK HERE AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE FULL PRICE TO COME OUT AND REPAIR IT.... NOT WORTH THE PRICE FRIG DIDNT LAST LONG ENOUGH AT THIS PRICE.. TOO LOOK AT IT SHOULDVE BEEN FREE SINCE WE PURCHASED IT FROM HERE AND IT WASN'T TO LONG BEFORE IT WENT OUT BE WEARY WHEN BUYING USED FRIGS LIKE THESE THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE REPAIR IF IT CRAPS OUT SHORTYLY AFTERWARDS
