I had a fantastic experience with Jerry from Herbert Appliance during my dishwasher installation today. He was professional, courteous, and extremely meticulous with his work. Jerry took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly, tested thoroughly, and cleaned up before he left. It was clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about doing the job right. Terrific! After three appliance companies were unable to diagnose and repair the digital readings and ice maker on our Samsung fridge, Herbert Appliance was referred to us. Right from the beginning phone call, Herbert Appliance was professional and helpful. Jerry was like a tenacious dog with a bone in solving the problem with our fridge that neither previous technicians nor countless calls with Samsung could solve. Would absolutely use Herbert Appliance again and would highly recommend!

I called and spoke to the owners wife who could not have been more helpful and kind. I explained the issue I was having with my washing machine and she set up an appointment for the next day. Her husband arrived and quickly found the issue with my machine. He is pleasant and showed me the issue with the machine. It was a air hose that had rubbed against the drum and caused air air leak. It was a quick fix at a reasonable price. They were wonderful to deal with.

This is a truly honest company! I have never called an appliance repair business that offers do-it-yourself fixes! I spoke with Paul and explained that I didn't want to invest a lot to fix a dishwasher unless it was really worth it to repair. He asked what the problem was and explained exactly how to fix it and it was a minor issue we could fix without a service call! Who does that! Most businesses want the service call but I guarantee that he has built a loyalty with our family and the word of mouth and referral of service will more than make up for the call he missed out on! This shows what an honest & trustworthy business they are! Pass the word, you won't be disappointed! THEY ARE AWESOME!
