I have been a customer for many years and have always been happy with the salespeople and delivery and installation staff. Last week I purchased a window air conditioning unit which was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I was called this morning asking if it could be delivered today—and Juan came at the scheduled time, replaced the old unit with the new one and took the old one away—just in time for the heat wave! Delivery and installation is performed by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most of all, when you have an issue, you can call and someone is eager to assist you.
