Total scam. Do not use. NY plates. Black tinted Toyota Sienna minivan.The “repair man” records your voice without consent. The repair person came to “diagnose” my dishwasher for $80 per phone call. He said I am diagnose (couldn’t speak English well all of a sudden compared to the conversation on the phone). I am diagnose and then says at the end it is $360. I have never ever had someone to diagnose and then not get agreement to the cost of the repair before work is done. He didn’t diagnose or fix a thing. Had a real repair person do the work this week.

Had a problem with my fridge not cooling and called them. Technician came out and said freon could be the issue. However, that didn't help resolve the problem. In addition, he stated other problems that were not needed to be fixed. In summary, fridge still doesn't work and somehow he claims he mentioned it to us. Why would we in the right mind use him? There's better people in the market, do yourselves a favor and call them instead. Don't use this guy.

Akhmat was excellent. He was prompt knew exactly what he was doing. Diagnose the problem immediately and solved all our concerns. He was very clean and removed all debris. He tested all features before leaving and we were very pleased with his work. And he did all of this on Christmas Eve. Can’t ask for much more than that we’d recommend him to anyone.
