Had this item for a couple months but took a while to set it up. Since I'm not an A/C guy the instructions were a little confusing. I decided to call the " 800 " number. After waiting about 5-10 minutes I got a live person ( Damien ) who was very helpful. He spent about 15 minutes walking through the set up and everything is working well. Great to see there are companies still out there that do care about their customers. I'd highly recommend this company if you ever need any of their products.
