They were so friendly and helpful with getting me the parts I needed to fix my dryer. I was making mistakes along the way and had to make multiple trips to the store. They took the time to explain that the dryer wasn't working properly even with the replacement parts since there is a safety in place to shut off the flame if the drum and door were not reassembled. Lastly, there's an actual person who answers the phone when you call!!! I wish there were more stores with this type of customer service.

I urgently needed a replacement part for my dryer and contacted Redmonds. From the start, they were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring, and let me know the part would be ready between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. the following day. At 10:07 the following morning, they called to let me know the part was already ready. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Redmonds for their excellent service and reliability.
