We ordered a Kucht Range two weeks ago and had EXCELLENT customer service with the company. We encountered an issue with the range (the issue was related to the delivery service, NOT to Kucht), and Kucht did an excellent job remedying the issue. We appreciated all the help and support they gave us to fix the issue. Great customer service!!! Would definitely recommend Kucht!

We purchased a dual fuel Kucht range through Lowes. It arrived with a slight problem. The warranty service team were professional, courteous, and followed up weekly with us until it was resolved to our satisfaction. So far, the range works as expected and looks great in my kitchen. I am giving the company five stars for outstanding customer service. We will see if the range continues to work well, but so far, it is performing great. The Kucht is replacing a high-end brand. The high end brand had horrible customer service. Kucht's service far exceeds theirs.

Unethical business run by Nicolas (Nick) Ruiz. Kucht leased parking spaces from our family's business and has not paid their bill for more than 6 months, owing more than $4,000. Nick kept saying that he was out of town multiple times over the course of five months and that he would provide payment upon his return, before completely ghosting us and stopping responding to all texts and emails. Makes sense this is how the CEO and Founder of the company runs his business after reading through their Google and Better Business Bureau (BBB) reviews for safety issues with their appliances, terrible customer service, and faulty products that stopped working. Looks like they also owe many of their customers money and replacements that have never been received. Would steer clear of this place to save your sanity and thousands of dollars.

I bought my appliances from Kucht in Clifton and couldn’t be happier. The quality is incredible — everything feels solid, powerful, and built to last. The staff was super helpful and made the whole process easy from start to finish. My kitchen looks amazing now, and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend them if you want professional-grade appliances without the hassle!
